Privacy notice
Effective October 16, 2026. This notice covers the private Frosty Assistant Google connection.
Who uses this connection
Frosty is operated for Frosty Flamingo Hospitality and its owner. It is used for internal business operations, not offered as a public application for other Google users.
Google data accessed
Depending on the permissions granted by the account owner, Frosty may access Gmail messages, labels, and settings; Calendar events; Drive files; Contacts; and Docs or Sheets content. It may also create or modify items in those services when the owner has enabled that workflow. Frosty only receives data through the permissions actually granted to its Google OAuth client.
How data is used and shared
Google data is used to search, summarize, organize, and act on business information for the owner—for example, reviewing business mail, preparing replies, checking schedules, and maintaining hospitality records. Relevant content may be processed by the assistant’s AI service providers to fulfill an owner-requested task. Messages or documents are sent to external recipients only as part of an owner-authorized business workflow. Google user data is not sold or used by Frosty Flamingo Hospitality for advertising.
Storage, access, and retention
OAuth credentials are stored in the operator’s protected local credential store. Business records, workflow state, and limited logs may be retained in the operator’s systems or connected services as needed to run and audit those workflows. Access is limited to the owner and systems the owner authorizes. The owner may request deletion of retained data where applicable and may revoke Google access at any time in Google Account settings.
